you see i really like this girl and i'm a pretty good singer and guitar player and i was wandering if i would, well, get slapped or not if i dedicated a song to her.
If i dedicated "iris" by the goo goo dolls to a girl do you think i would get slapped or not?
I think it would be a beautiful way to let her know how you feel. And I'm a pretty harsh on guys. It's an awesome song. Go for it!!!

Reply:Personally, I dislike the song and would view it as someone not really knowing me if they dedicated a song I didn't like to me. However, I wouldn't slap them for it and I doubt she will; just make sure she likes that sort of music first and you'll be fine.
