by monozygotic twins i mean the identical twins that are formed by the division of the one zygote.
Is the iris pattern of monozygotic twins the same?plz help.?
Nope. A lot of those small detail information is not genenetically stored, but its developed along with the fetus/child throughought its life. The genetically stored information may be, start off with small round iris, green in color, then grow until full size. The growing is affected by nutrition and physical restrictions of shape and size. Every little variation can cause a discrepency between twins. This is the same reason monozygotic twins have different fingerprints.
Reply:yes bcos of the same genetic material
Reply:Not necessarily, or even likely.
Eye patterns, fingerprints etc. are affected
by more than heredity.
