No, it is actually a sign of a charismatic leader, a good public speaker. I know it sounds crazy, but I read something about this years ago.

no ! the whites of a persons eye is not an indicator of any madness, its just the way the eye is

Reply:No, thats how you tell if they are going to die before their spouse. If they are dragging their leg behind them when they walk, and drool a little bit, then that means they are crazy.
