If he has always had this, then it is a developmental issue, the sclera, or white part of the eye, when missing some of the white tissue, will appear brown. Not to worry! Does not need to be fixed.
Reply:it could just be fatty deposits no biggie
Reply:busted blood veins? i hope he's alright!
Reply:Some of this could be due to some thin areas on the sclera. . . not to worry.

It could be "freckles". . . not to worry.

Could be tiny hemmorhhages.. . probably nothing to worry about as they will go away on their own (my question would be at this point.. . had he had an injury to his head or eye?)

By the time I have answered this question I think you have already been to the Dr and I would be interested in knowing what you found out.
