Compare and contrast the use of the iris diaphragm and condenser?
Hi,

In optics, a diaphragm is the thin opaque structure with an opening at its center. The role of the diaphragm is to stop the passage of light, except for the light passing through the aperture.

The condenser is a devise used to focus and control light that can pass through a certain thing. If you mean the eye, it would be the part that moves after you turn off the lights and turn them on while staring in the mirror.

I hope that helps!
