Do blind people have a different looking iris and pupil than "normal" people?

Some do but most do not. There are many causes of blindness and very few of them change the outward appearance of the eye.

definitely, if they became blind by corkscrew, lol!
Reply:most of them do not. they usually have an eye that looks just like "normal" people's eyes, but not always. I have a friend that doesn't have an eye at all- he had cancer in it and they removed it totally. he wont wear sunglasses because they are too dark inside for him to see out of his good eye- it doesn't bother me, but some people have requested he wear an eye patch over the bad eye- i told him tell them you're not a pirate.
